Overview

HealthNet has assigned a customer number to each UF department for the FY09/10. The HealthNet Customer List is viewable as an Excel 97 or higher spreadsheet. You will need your HealthNet customer number and your Chartfield String (CF) to do business with HealthNet as of July 1, 2009.

Each customer number will be tied to one CF. We will use this CF to pay your HealthNet invoices during the new fiscal year. If you wish to change your CF string in the middle of the fiscal year you will need to do this through myUFMarket. If you change your CF information on an invoice that HealthNet has already billed, you will need to do an E2E.

Phones
One form is for Phones and has three "Type of Services" to select from
1. "Phone - VoIP Line Charge"
2. "Phone Purchase - Buy VoIP Phone"
3. "Phone VM License - Buy Voice Mail License"

Network Services (Ports)
This form is for Network Services and has two "Type of Services" to select from:

1. "Projects - Work Requests". This form is for accounting purposes; you will continue to create port requests the same way as in the past.
2. "Port Charges - Monthly Network Charges"
